1. No Refund Policy
At HA Photoprints, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Once an order is placed and fulfilled, it is non-refundable. However, in case of damaged or defective items, we will gladly provide a replacement or store credit.
a. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@haphotoprints.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will either:
- Offer a replacement product, or
- Provide store credit for the same value.
Please note, no refunds will be issued in any case, only replacements or store credits will be considered.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item (following the return policy) and place a new order.
